ABOUT OUR WORKFORCE PROGRAM

Rightvarsity Technologies provides ON-DEMAND workforce capacity building, employment training development, contemporary IT apprenticeship training. To ensure employability, each curriculum is in line with the Occupational Information Network (O*NET) is developed under the sponsorship of the U.S. Department of Labor/Employment and Training Administration (USDOL/ETA). The curriculum for most of the IT pathways also align with the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE) Cybersecurity Workforce Framework (NICE Framework), published by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) under the National Initiative of Cybersecurity Career Studies (NICCS.) Furthermore, all the training for our healthcare IT pathways are in line with the Health IT Workforce Curriculum Components published by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) training, We work in partnership with a few a local community colleges, universities and adult education centers to enrich our competency-based training and on-the-job experience and sometimes qualify some of the participant's learning experience for credit. Ultimately, each participant is prepared to obtain an industry-recognized certification.

WHO WE SERVE

Our target population include individuals, public or private companies seeking skilled IT employees. provides ON-DEMAND training, On-the-Job training (OJT) apprenticeship training for Companies are able to build their capacity by selecting from our diverse pool of candidates and utilize their existing talent in the program. We work with MULTIPLE EMPLOYERS who have interest in contemporary and ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY and HEALTHCARE IT (TeleHEALTH) skills training for their employees.

We have eleven contemporary career pathways Registered with the United States Department of Labor (DOL) and State of California Department of Apprenticeship Services (DAS)for Information Technology (IT) and Healthcare IT. This includes the apprenticeship standards for training Application/Software Developers, Cyber Security Technicians, Helpdesk Technicians, IT Project Managers, Information Assurance Specialists, Clinical Document Improvement Specialists, Health Information Data Analysts, Health Information Management Business Analysts, Health Information Management Coders and Health IT Specialists.
