SILICON VALLEY TECHNOLOGY WORKFORCE IMMERSION

ABOUT OUR WORKFORCE PROGRAM

Rightvarsity Technologies is partnering with Mission College to provide a hybrid version of their Silicon Valley Career Apprenticeship Pathway (SVCAP.) The ever-changing IT industry continues to present businesses with challenges around workers that have the right skill set for the emerging standards in Information & Communications Technologies (ICT). SVCAP is looking to take these challenges head-on by preparing the next generation of employees. Funded by the Department of Labor under the American Apprenticeship Initiative, SVCAP goal is to ensure every apprentice or intern becomes an integral part of the employers workforce. Through our local community college, competency-based learning is applied through classroom training and on-the-job experience. Ultimately, each student will obtain industry-recognized certification.

WHO WE SERVE

Our target population include public or private companies seeking skilled IT employees. The SVCAP federal grant, managed by Mission College, provides the funding mechanism needed for companies to expand and grow. Companies are able to select from our diverse pool of candidates and utilize their existing talent in the program.
